REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

Our commitment to customer satisfaction is unwavering, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to initiate a return or exchange. Exchanges

We gladly accept exchanges on any item within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must meet the following criteria:

  1. Unworn and Unused: The item must be in its original, unworn, and unused condition.
  • In Original Packaging: It should be returned in its original packaging, including all tags and labels.

  • Proof of Purchase: A copy of the original receipt or proof of purchase must accompany the item.

  • Customized Items: Please note that since our dresses are customized to your specifications, exchanges for reasons other than manufacturing defects or errors on our part will be subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price.

To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:

  2. Pack Your Item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging.

  3. Shipping: Send the item to the address provided by our customer support team. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

  4. Inspection and Approval: Once we receive the item and inspect it to ensure it meets the exchange criteria, we will process your exchange and notify you of the new delivery date.

Gifts

If you have received a customized dress as a gift from Customized Wardrobe and would like to return or exchange it, we are happy to assist you. Please keep in mind the following:

  • Returns for Refund: We can provide a refund to the original purchaser if the item meets the return criteria outlined. The original purchaser will need to provide proof of purchase.

  • Exchanges: If you received the item as a gift and would like to exchange it, please follow the exchange process detailed. We will provide you with a gift certificate or credit for the value of the item.

Shipping Returns

In the event that you need to return an item for a refund or exchange, please note the following:

  1. Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning the item unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

  2. Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 15 days of receiving the returned item. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to process the refund.

  3. Lost or Damaged Returns: We recommend using a trackable shipping service and insuring the package, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged returns.

  4. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
