Our customization process is simple and user-friendly. You can upload your own design. Once you’ve made your choice, you can personalize the fabric, color, measurements, and other details according to your preferences.
What kind of fabrics do you offer?
We offer a wide range of high-quality fabrics, including cotton, linen, silk, wool, and various blends. Our fabrics are carefully sourced to ensure both quality and comfort.
Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?
Changes to orders can be made within 24 hours of placing the order. However, once the production process has started, it may not be possible to make any changes. Please contact our customer support team immediately for any desired modifications.
What is the estimated time for the delivery of customized orders?
The estimated time for delivery of customized orders varies depending on the complexity of the design and the availability of the selected fabric. Generally, it takes between 2 to 4 weeks for your order to be delivered to your doorstep.
What are the payment methods you accept?
We accept payments made through debit/credit cards as well as wire transfers. We do not offer cash on delivery. As these ordered are customized as per customer’s desire, all payments are to be made in advance.
How do I provide my measurements?
You can easily provide your measurements by following our simple measurement guide provided on our YouTube and Instagram pages. Unfortunately, we are not offering the option to schedule a fitting session for now.

We provide detailed care instructions with every order to ensure that your customized clothing remains in top condition. Following the care instructions will help maintain the quality and longevity of your tailored garments.
What if I am not satisfied with the final product?
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please reach out to our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will work to find a satisfactory solution.
